Shipping & Returns

Shipping:After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1 business day for processing your order before it ships. For all US Customers, Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your product.You will be notified  via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. 

Cancellation: You may cancel your order anytime prior to its shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please email your cancellation request to: support@staysafetech.com. Please place the word “CANCELLATION” in the subject line of your email. 

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges. StaySafeTech stands behind the quality of all of its products and has strict quality control procedures in place to ensure that StaySafeTech’s products are free from defects. Nonetheless, if you receive a mask or filter which is defective in some way, you may return it and receive either a replacement of the exact same item, or a full refund. If you receive your product and decide that you no longer want it, provided the item is still in its original, unopened packaging and less thanforty five(45) days have passed since you placed your order, you may return it for a full refund via whatever means you used for payment of the original order. For returns or exchanges, please email your return or exchange request to: support@staysafetech.com. Please place the word “RETURN” OR “EXCHANGE” in the subject line of your email. Stay Safe Tech will email you further instructions.

For hygienic reasons, if you have removed either a mask or filter from its shipping box and have opened the packaging of either, neither is returnable or exchangeable, unless it is defective in some way.  Thank you for understanding this important policy.
